PA Regions

Pennsylvania is a big state. To make it easier to digest, I have divided the state into nine regions. These are not exactly the same as the regions that state agencies use, but they make sense for the purposes of this site.

The regions will be used primarily for descriptive purposes. I do not feel like making separate maps for each region will provide much benefit to the site users (in fact, it probably would just be more cumbersome), but it would add a lot more work for me, so I won’t be doing that. But I will use the regions in my descriptions to make locations more clear.

I am focusing my early efforts on the Central Pennsylvania region. I will try to make that region as complete as possible before moving on to the surrounding areas. This site will grow slowly but steadily for the foreseeable future.
