Petrified Ginkgo State Park and Wanapum Recreation Area, WA

Beside the Columbia River in Washington, Petrified Ginkgo State Park preserves a variety of petrified woods, including the rare ginkgo. It is a registered National Natural Landmark. Wanapum Recreation Area is in the state park on the shore of Wanapum Lake.
