Rocky Mountain National Park
Rocky Mountain National Park is in the beautiful snow-covered mountains of north central Colorado. Snow is possible almost any time of year. When I visited in early summer, it looked more like February to me. It was cold and snowing, and I quickly changed my mind about camping there, as I was not prepared for the extreme cold. I stayed at a nearby motel instead.
