Even though the game land is just south of Middle Creek, it looks like the drainage flows mostly to the east, into Penns Creek, rather than to the north into Middle Creek. There are several small tributaries in the game land that flow into Penns Creek. There are just the tips of some small tributaries that flow into Middle Creek.
Middle Creek flows into Penns Creek just north of State Game Land 212. Penns Creek joins the Susquehanna River just to the east, near the southeast corner of the game land.
