   Backpacking is allowed along the Reeds Gap Spur Trail. Tents only in the 14-site campground which is open mid-April through mid-October. Honey Creek has both native and stocked trout. There are four trails in the park, one of which continues into Bald Eagle State Forest. At the trailheads of the Interpretive Loop Trail and the Northern Trail are restrooms with flush toilets and picnic tables. Each are 1 mile long. The Historic Dam Trail has benches at the trailhead and is 2 miles long. Reeds Gap Spur Trail is almost 17 miles long and continues through Bald Eagle State Forest towards Poe Paddy State Park. It is part of the Mid State Trail. The historic Dam Trail is easy hiking, but the other three trails are more difficult. Hunting is allowed in about 100 acres of the park.
